Refund policy

1. Order Cancellation Within 24 Hours
If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, we will issue a 100% refund of the full amount paid. The funds will be returned to your original payment method.

2. Order Cancellation After 24 Hours
For cancellations requested after 24 hours, we will refund 90% of the order total. We regret to inform you that a 10% processing fee will be retained to cover handling costs.

3. Orders That Have Been Shipped
Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled or refunded. In this case, please wait to receive the package, and then reach out to our customer service team for further assistance.
